Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Glitch Quest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Termination

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable

User Responsibility for Illegal Content

Glitch Quest is a platform that allows users to publish and share content. We do not pre-screen or monitor all content uploaded to our platform. In the event that illegal content is posted on our platform:

The individual user who created, uploaded, or published such illegal content is solely responsible for that content and any legal consequences arising from it.

Glitch Quest, its operators, administrators, and affiliates are not responsible for illegal content posted by users. We will cooperate with law enforcement and take appropriate action when illegal content is reported, including but not limited to:

• Removing the illegal content immediately upon discovery or notification
• Suspending or terminating the account of the user who posted the illegal content
• Providing information to law enforcement as required by law
• Complying with legal requests and court orders

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any content you post, and you agree to hold Glitch Quest harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from illegal content you may post.
